My French Quiche made in USA

A good French quiche with American food...
It was funny to create these recipe. So, I would like to share it.

I replaced Lardons by Turkey Bacon, Emmenthal cheese by Mozzarella Cheese. I added tomatoes for the freshness and the lightness. Enjoy it !
I bought my ingredients at Trader Joe Shop.I make the pie crust pastry myself

Ingredients :
4 Eggs
2 Tomatoes
2 pinches of Salt
250 gr of Flour
2 soup spoons of Light Sour Cream
4 slices of Turkey Bacon
1 onions
150 gr of Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
5cl of Water
0,20 liter of Milk
I make my pie crust pastry thanks to the video of 750 grammes.
I put down my pie crust pastry in the mold.
I sliced thinly an onion and I cut my tomatoes in slice. I gave evidence to them on my dough.
I put in the oven for 5 minutes.
In a salad bowl, I poured my milk, my 3 eggs and my light Sour Cream. I mixed and I overturned into my mold.
I cut my bacon in pieces. I strewed my mold of mozzarella and bacon.
I put in the oven for 20 minutes in 180°C.
